The Herb Bar is located on a side street adjacent to the South Congress shopping district and carries bulk dried herbs, tinctures, teas, essential oils, soaps, incense, health and bodycare products and natural pet products, many locally made or created at the Herb Bar itself. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. The Herb Bar also has unique gifts including handmade cards, beeswax candles, teapots, meditation aids and books.

The Spa at the Texas Healing Arts Institute is located in a 1950's style home adjacent to the Texas Healing Arts Institute Massage School in north central Austin on the corner of Burnet Lane and Cullen Avenue. This day spa offers Reiki healing, deep tissue massage, sports massage, relaxation massage, pain relief massage, Thai body and foot massage, pregnancy massage, couples massage and Arvigo Maya Abdominal Massage. Spa treatments include mud wraps, body wraps, hot stone massage, salt scrubs and body polishes, aromatherapy, and ginger detox packs. In addition, the outdoor courtyard features herbal gardens, fountains, a large hot tub, cold water affusion, and outdoor hot and cold showers.

A unique combination of gift shop, Chinese herbal pharmacy and acupuncture clinic, White Crane is associated with the Academy of Oriental Medicine at Austin, an acupuncture school offering a nationally accredited master of acupuncture and Oriental medicine program. Acupuncture appointments can be made with student interns supervised by Doctors of Oriental Medicine at very reasonable rates. White Crane also carries acupuncture supplies, herbal medicines and body care products, books, clothing, CDs, DVDs and gifts such as tea pots, candle holders, crystals, animal and spiritual figurines, jewelry, Tibetan prayer flags, wall hangings and musical instruments.

Located in the Westgate Center adjacent to Central Market South, Yoga Yoga Westgate is one of the largest yoga studios in the United States. Over 6,000 square feet is devoted to yoga classes, with two extra large wood floor studios and a third carpeted studio.
